Tracking Number Info:
We usually mail orders no later than 3 to 4 days after we receive them. But shit. I be on CPT occasionally. so If it has been more than 7 days since you’ve placed your order then my autoresponder must be a broke Mailchimp. You go’n get cho order fosho. Don’t fret it. I gotta switch up customer support number. Make sure there is no holiday delay then call our customer support phone number below to request an update on the status of your order. Return/ Refund/ Cancel order:
We do offer a 14 day refund policy. Shipping costs are not refundable after the order is mailed off, but we will accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your brush. The delivery date will be shown by your USPS tracking number. (SMS) Text “Returned” followed by name and order number once item(s) are delivered to sender. For returns please mail the package back ASAP to our return mailing address listed here on the FAQ page.
