Tracking Number Info:
First check your email spam folder before calling about not receiving your tracking number. We usually mail orders no later than 3 days after we receive them. If it has been more than 3 days since you’ve placed your order and you have not received any emails from us, please call our customer support phone number listed below to request an update on the status of your order.
Return/ Refund/ Cancel order:
Please be advised that shipping costs are not refundable if the order is mailed off. We will accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your brush as indicated by the USPS tracking number. For returns please mail the package back ASAP to our return mailing address which is listed here on the FAQ page.
