Tracking Number Info:
First check your email spam folder before calling about not receiving your tracking number. We mail order no later than three days after they are received. If it has been more than 3 days since you placed an order and have not received any emails from us, please call our customer support phone number listed below.
Return/ Refund/ Cancel order:
Please be advised that shipping costs are not refundable if the order is mailed off. We will accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your brush as indicated by the USPS tracking number. For returns please mail the package back ASAP to our return mailing address which is listed here on the FAQ page.
