Abortion access allows any woman, without the consent of the male pregnancy partner, the right of termination at nearly any stage of the pregnancy process.
As a result, we have built a system where many women now exploit the one-sidedness of reproductive access control and decision making. This is the climate of American society at large. A one-sided equation when it comes to reproductive decision-making rights yet, legal recourse is readily available to place a lien on the name of any man, or very small percent of women, that allegedly is not supporting his/her child(ren) in agreement with local family law.

For the record plaintiff is seeking simple equitable custody rights in compliance with local family law and wishes that all manipulation be documented so that his child has the opportunity, and he as well has the opportunity to build a drama free relationship in converse to the dramatic toxic stress caused by the defendant that is motivated by monetary greed and not the best interest of the minor child.
